Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support project coordination, working closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans
- Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed
- Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation for senior leader presentations
- Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops, including driving the action items to closure
- Brainstorm creative content for workshops, panel discussions, and learning-series events
- Have the opportunity to rotate in the HRBP organization by supporting a small group to experience the complete HR stakeholder cycle
- Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed
- Support tracking and reporting of HR KPIs
- Have the ability to travel domestically, if needed
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Current status of enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related field program (BS required, MS preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e., written communications, public speaking, etc.)
- Strong knowledge and interest in HR practices and current trends, and general project management skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Creative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information
- Proficient-intermediate experience in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity
- Experience in Human Resources and/or previous internship is a plus
This is a Part-Time role 24 hours a week Max, and on-site those hours
