Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support project coordination, working closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans
• Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed
• Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation for senior leader presentations
• Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops, including driving the action items to closure
• Brainstorm creative content for workshops, panel discussions, and learning-series events
• Have the opportunity to rotate in the HRBP organization by supporting a small group to experience the complete HR stakeholder cycle
• Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed
• Support tracking and reporting of HR KPIs
• Have the ability to travel domestically, if needed

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Current status of enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related field program (BS required, MS preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e., written communications, public speaking, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and interest in HR practices and current trends, and general project management skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
• Creative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information
• Proficient-intermediate experience in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity
• Experience in Human Resources and/or previous internship is a plus

This is a Part-Time role 24 hours a week Max, and on-site those hours
