Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as the primary contact by handling employee inquiries(phone/email/ticketing platform) regarding onboarding, induction, exits, contracts, and general HR administration.
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team for the LTR registration and statutory payment execution.
- Ensure all relevant documentation being kept in the employee file
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Continuously improve HR service delivery by identifying process efficiencies
- Execute day-to-day employee services and support the implementation of management decisions
- Support in executing change management initiatives whenever require.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor\’s Degree, in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, orprofessional Degree in any field
- Minimum 1–4 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
- Good knowledge about HR processes, Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Good command of English.
