To support the implementation and scaling of HR document automation, ensure a robust and scalable setup aligned with ServiceNow architecture and HR processes. The role is suited to a technical background in servicenow HRSD
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Create and maintain automated HR document templates (e.g. employment letters, contracts) within MyHR.
- Ensure alignment with global and local legal requirements for document content.
- Manage multilingual templates and support translation processes.
- Collaborate with the Document Module Owner to implement enhancements and improvements.
- Ensure technical quality, testing, documentation and compliance of document implementations.
- Support continuous improvement based on user feedback and platform evolution.
- Contribute to reporting and dashboarding related to document creation performance.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Information Systems or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience with ServiceNow (preferably HRSD).
- Good understanding of HR operations and service delivery models.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with globalstakeholders.
- Experience with template management, testing and documentation is an advantage.
- Structured and quality-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual and cross-culturalenvironment.
