Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Main task is managing test wafer flow and technical study for test waferprocess improvement
• Assist Engineer for reclaim/recycle wafer project
• Understand and perform test wafer measurement using dedicated machine
• Collect data for test wafer measurement for cost saving analysis
• Analysis and study data to improve test wafer recycle process for cost saving
• Observe and study defect pattern to improve test wafer quality
• Update the test wafer data and do follow up with respective owner
• Execute the test wafer process flow according to procedure
• Provide Analysis for NPW logistic system and TPS if require

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor Degree in technical or management field
• Good technical skill to learn basic semiconductor wafer fab process for non-productive wafer (NPW)
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality.
• Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems.
• Interaction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information.
• Strong diagnostic & problem solving skill
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above
