Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Communications Production:
  • Develop and localize communication materials, presentations, and marketing assets to promote global digital tools within the Greater China region.
  • Assist in crafting engaging and impactful content that communicates the benefits of digital tools to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal communication campaigns and initiatives related to digital transformation.
• Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for the team and department.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the adoption and effectiveness of digital tools, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of digital enablement initiatives.
• Digital Enablement Support:
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital / automation tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for digital enablement projects as required.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools align with organizational goals and needs.
• Collaboration & Learning:
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align on communication strategies and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, data analytics or AI powered tools, and emerging technologies relevant to the role.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
• Skills & Competencies:
• • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital transformation concepts and tools in the B2B environment, basic knowledge of software development, and Python.
  • Data analytics skills, with the ability to use tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other visualization platforms, to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new tools powered by AI, ChatGPT, technologies, and strategies.
  • Positive attitude, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
