Job Description
As a Trainee Product Marketing IGP, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and customer engagement by developing and executing go-to-market (G2M) strategies that showcase Infineon\’s innovative products. You will play a key role in crafting compelling web page designs, interacting with customers to understand their needs, and generating new product introductions (NPIs) that meet market demands. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct product feasibility studies, design and support new products, and participate in hands-on activities in the lab to bring products to life. Through technical marketing efforts, you will help position Infineon\’s products as industry leaders, while gaining a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the skills required to succeed in product marketing.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Support to define a business and customer strategy to enhance our LED ICs growth strategy
• Contribute to forming and shaping the Products of the future, contribute within the process ofrequirement capturing and play a supporting role for the Product Roadmap of your product family
• You will embark on two international assignments, one in Italy and one in China
• Accompany the development of the products as market counterpart and help to introduce them to the market and your customers
• Drive and improve the process of market and competitor analysis and be engaged with key customers to support developing future oriented solutions
• Be a strong contributor to the pricing strategy and support to develop customer specific quotes and business case calculations
• Set up a good and trustful relationship with your main stakeholders to interact effectively with international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering and Program Management

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar, complemented with an economical background
• Experience in data analysis and preparation (market and competitor analysis)
• Demonstrated strategical thinking, crisp and effective communication style
• A structured way of working with a background in project development
• Excellent communication skills
• You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals
• And, of course, you speak and write fluent English; German is a plus
