Job Description
As a (RCVM) Requirements, Configuration, Change & Verification Management IGP you will have the chance to work in a broad range of topics in IC development, including digital design, verification, and validation.
Your program consists of the following elements:
- Getting a holistic understanding of managing requirements from collection to breakdown to hardware level and all the way to verification handling & change process
- Implement and improve data configuration management processes at IP and Subsystem levels
- Get the opportunity to have an international assignment in a different site in Europe to foster your intercultural skills by working abroad
- Analyze and optimize the requirements and verification management process to make it leaner and more effective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient requirement-driven flow
- Cycle through different departments and gain insight into different perspectives of requirements, configuration, change and verification management
- Support project teams in the management of requirements, configurations and verification, acting as a partner to ensure efficient requirement-driven flow
- Kick starting your career by working with a dedicated mentor supporting your work-related topics and participate, leveraging, and actively shaping the IGP network by attending events and IGP specific trainings

- You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field
- Basic software development skills, scripting, XML manipulation, automation
- Previous exposure to version control systems
- Knowledge of data management and configuration management tools
- You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals
- And, of course, you speak and write fluent English
