Internship - Business Scenario Planning

As an intern joining us, you will be exposed to the following opportunities: 1. VRFC (Volume rolling forecast) process and improvement activities 2. MINMAX process 3. Data collection, report creation and maintainance and automation 4. Other projects related to Business Scenario Planning

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Assist in data preparation, consolidation, and validation activities for quarterly & monthly VRFC cycles
• Contribute to improve process workflow, templates, and reporting
• Collect and analyze data from various systems to support planning and performance tracking
• Create, maintain, and enhance operational reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with team members to document processes and propose improvements.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Hands-on experience with forecasting, data analytics, and business decision support
• Opportunities to learn automation tools (Power BI / Excel VBA / Python)
• Experience working cross‑functionally in a global, fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing planning concepts

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• On track to attaining Bachelors degree in Business or any relevant field relating to data analytics / visualization
• Training will be provided for the following skills, but it will be a plus to have the following skills:
  1. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  2. Basic knowledge of Power BI / Python / VBA
• Ability to handle data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 – Dec 26
