Internship - Equipment Engineer

Student will learn how to help support the successful machine buy-off process, ensure equipment qualification readiness, establish production line setup.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support Final Test (Mark Scan Pack) Equipment Engineer
• Analyze equipment data and identify major loss contributors
• Support Preventive maintenance setup new system
• Improve documentation and standardization of equipment procedures
• Assist setup and release new machine

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Currently studying in Bachelor\’s degree 4th year in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related disciplines
• Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor technology and electronic components, with a solid understanding of their applications and principles
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (required)
• English communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills
