• Shape the future: You will support in the creation of marketing materials such as print, merchandise, website- and social media content
• Take responsibility: You will support in organizing and executing events and campaigns aimed at promoting our employer brand (e.g. Out-of-home campaigns, Google Paid Campaigns, Social Media campaigns, virtual events)
• Teamwork is dreamwork: You will support the team in developing and executing marketing activities and initiatives targeted at emerging talent and professionals
• Lifelong learning: You will collaborate with the interfaces to Talent Attraction, Student Attraction, University Relations, Vocational Training and Talent Programs
• Expand your horizons: You may gain insight into other topics, such as diversity and networking events

• Study field: You are currently studying communication sciences, economics or a similar field with a focus on marketing, human resources or digital media
• Work experience: You have already gained practical experience as an intern or a working student
• Way of working: You are characterized by your ability to express yourself in a stylistically confident manner, a creative writing style and very good grammar skills
• Personality: You like to work independently and self-determined, in addition you are not afraid to proactively contribute your own ideas and implement them independently
• Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
