Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Support internal communication and knowledge sharing for IT with a focus on Greater China and in close cooperation with CK team colleagues.
• Organize and moderate internal IT knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support in video creation and post-production.
• Collect, analyze, and follow up on participants’ feedback and do reporting of sessions.
• Motivate IT colleagues to contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and prepare them for presentations.
• Write engaging articles and postings for internal IT communication.
• Promote and maintain IT communication channels to IT organizations in APAC, Greater China, and Japan region and activate the IT community to contribute their content.
• Build a strong network with IT and other communication and training departments in the region.
• Coach and consult on efficient communication and knowledge sharing in the region.
• Collaborate intensely with team members in Singapore and Germany.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Communication / Marketing / or any equivalent course.
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong self-driven and proactive personality, intercultural experience is a plus.
