Internship - Logistics and Supply Chain Management

The student as part of Regional Distribution Centre Team will be working with various stakeholders including our outsourced 3PL warehouse team to facilitate daily operations, covering full set of warehouse activities and monitoring via Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, PIF SAP, Assist4, PIO SAP). The student will also have a chance to involve in projects that are related to digitalization.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible to support improvement projects to address customers’ concerns
• Identify and manage potential improvements in operations
• Be involved in logistics warehouse digitalization initiatives
• Support day to day operations task and daily reporting

Internship Learning Outcomes:

• Understand the Infineon Supply Chain concept and the full scope of logistics warehouse operations
• Exposure to digitalization projects
• Understand business environment in Asia Pacific and Europe
• Learn to communicate with various stakeholders
• Opportunity to learn SAP

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma / Masters / Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or any related field
• Academic exposure in Python, Tableau or other programming languages is a plus point but not compulsory.
• Keen learner and a self-motivated team player, you have the ability to multi-task across projects and priorities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and meticulous
• Ability to analyze data and recognize improvement opportunity
• Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 onwards with a duration of 6 to 9 months
