Job Description
- Drive change: You are part of a board-driven change initiative for organizational culture and support the roll-out of a company-wide workshop cascade
- Experience project management: You will support the coordination of project tasks, the monitoring of milestones and deliverables, and the follow-up on action items for a company-wide culture project
- Focusing on the future: You will research the latest trends in organizational effectiveness and change management to provide fresh insights and innovative solutions
- Be creative: You will create concepts, visualizations, and presentations on change management, leadership, and organizational development topics
- Inform your colleagues: You will manage communication formats such as newsletters and Miro boards, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged
- Stakeholder management: You will liaise with various internal stakeholders from different departments and business partners to ensure smooth collaboration
- Being strong together: You will prepare enablement materials and support the rollout of a company-wide workshop cascade, working closely with colleagues across the organization
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science or similar
- Interests: You are passionate about organizational structures and have an innovative, problem-solving mindset
- (Work) experience: Ideally, you have some experience in consulting, communications, change management, or project management, as well as initial exposure to a multinational work environment and HR
- Skills: You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
- Personality: You have excellent communication, conceptual, and analytical skills and are eager to learn and grow in a multinational company
- Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Availability: You are available for at least five months, ideally beginning on 15 October 2025
