Key responsibilities in your new role

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\’s Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
• Has knowledge in programming and software engineering
• Possesses good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Has experience in creating and executing various types of tests (unit, functional, destructive, and performance)
• Is a team player who can work collaboratively with others
• Has a good personality, positive mindset, and is independent
• Is eager to learn and grow

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Testing and troubleshooting SharePoint applications
• Collaborating with developers to resolve issues
• Creating documentation and training materials to support users
• Troubleshooting SharePoint solutions, including:
  -Application testing
  -Root cause analysis
  -Providing workarounds for operational issues
