Job Description

As an IT Domain Architect for Content & Information Supply Chain, you will be responsible for designing and evolving the architecture that powers Infineon’s digital content lifecycle and information management, focused on the customer. You will work on the IT Architecture for Customer Experience related applications in IT with focus on Content and information supply chain across several channels (e.g. Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Component based content management, Web content Management).

In your new role you will:

• Own the end-to-end architecture for capabilities such as:
  • Component Content Management Systems (CCMS)
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Metadata tagging and semantic enrichment
  • Content orchestration and delivery pipelines
• Develop and maintain target architectures and roadmaps aligned with Infineon’s enterprise architecture principles
• Ensure conformance with architectural principles and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
• Assess and guide architecture demands at the epic level and co-create architecture artefacts with enterprise architects
• Drive innovation by identifying tech trends and business use cases in digital content and supply chain domains
• Act as a consultant and moderator in cross-functional design discussions, supporting solution architects and product teams
• Manage technology lifecycles, architectural risks, and escalation processes
• Ensure standards compliance and manage technical debt

You will collaborate with:

• Content Strategists & DAM Owners – to ensure assets are structured for AI workflows that content and information is created in re-usable, channel independent modules in single-source-of-truth systems
• Data Engineers – to enable metadata tagging and content analytics
• Product Owners, Tech Leads & Solution Architects – to ensure scalable implementation
• Enterprise Architects – to align with Infineon’s IT strategy and governance
• IT Security & Compliance Teams – to ensure data privacy and auditability
• Business Solution Managers and Application Owners – to translate business needs into architecture

Your Profile

In order to reach best results, you establish lasting relationships with your customers and listen actively to their thoughts and ideas. Furthermore, you know how to balance requirements with technical or legal possibilities – and you are able to show the added value of our available solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (minimum 4 years), or equivalent vocational training with extensive subject-specific qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, ideally in content management, digital supply chain, or enterprise information systems
• Deep technology proficiency in:
  • Adobe Experience Suite (including Adobe Digital Asset Management and Adobe Dynamic Media)
  • Master Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management systems
  • Stibo and other Product Information Management (PIM) systems
  • Cloud, APIs, Microservices
  • Programming languages (e.g. Java)
• Experience with Solution Architecture Frameworks & Certifications, such as Arc42, TOGAF
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM, SAFe
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Ability to work across multiple content and information channels (e.g., CCMS, DAM, PIM, metadata tagging)
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation and intelligent automation
• Demonstrated thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and best practice transfer
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
