Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide technical and functional support for IT solutions, including analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Act as application owner, translating business needs into technical requirements and collaborating with vendors and development teams
• Manage or contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, feature rollouts, and process automation initiatives
• Develop scripts and automations to optimize databases, web services, and integration software performance
• Explore new solutions such as AI and evaluate emerging technologies to proactively propose improvements

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in IT business or technical consulting in an enterprise environment
• Very good understanding of systems, user, and functional requirements
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experienced with software development to at least one modern frontend framework (Angular or React.js), with experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and related tools, plus familiarity with application deployment and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
• Fluent English language skills, basic German language skills are a plus
