Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Lead Principal Engineer & Domain Architect Infrastructure Security you will guide and advise our internal teams on security best practices across several topics.

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to management and internal teams on all identity and access management, infrastructure and network security matters related to cyber security
• Play a critical role in continuously enhancing and refining the organization’s cyber security strategy
• Serve as the technical architect responsible for translating the defined cyber security strategy into actionable implementation plans, overseeing their execution and integration across IT and OT environments
• Develop and maintain robust security architectures, lead continuous improvement initiatives that advance the overall cyber security strategy and ensure effective implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, OT, business owners, system architects and developers to integrate security into all aspects of IT and OT infrastructure
• Generate, coach and challenges new ideas, actively balance risks and opportunities and drive decisions

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Strong expertise in cyber security risk assessments and threat modeling with senior professional experience in roles such as Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or Security Consultant
• Advanced proficiency in architecting, configuring, and governing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Entra ID and Active Directory, as well as deep understanding of authentication protocols such as OIDC, SAML, and Kerberos
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Zero Trust Architectures (ZTA) within complex hybrid IT environments
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying secure network architectures across hybrid and operational technology (OT) landscapes, including capabilities in device discovery, asset inventory, and network segmentation
• Broad experience in securing Windows clients, Windows and Linux servers, including patch management, and secure configuration and hardening practices using Intune and CIS Benchmarks
• Expertise in securing cloud environments, particularly with Azure and AWS security architectures, security controls, and governance models
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
