Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Coordinate the digitalization and legal operations activities within the legal department on a regional level
- Analyze and optimize the workflows of the legal department and implement appropriate KPIs
- Deploy, maintain and further develop the IT solutions used and offered by the legal department
- Introduce new IT tools for the legal department as part of a bigger project team
- Conceptually design, create and plan training courses conducted by the legal department
- Develop legal knowledge management and knowledge sharing methods and solutions
Your Profile
As a Legal Operations Manager, you recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable business ideas. Furthermore, you are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. Lastly, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in information technology, law or business administration
- At least 3 years of specialized professional experience in legal operations (within a law firm or legal department) including project management
- Good understanding of legal working methods as well as an affinity for IT
- A mindset that challenges the status quo and a passion for exploring innovative ways to deliver real value to the business through your ideas and solutions
- Business fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
