Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring accurate datacollection and timely updates
2. Perform invoice verification and reconciliation, checkingdiscrepancies and coordinating with vendors when necessary
3. Assist in creating basic reports and data analysis to supportlogistics and customs operations
4. Support the setup and maintenance of transportation routes in thesystem, ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution
5. Monitor shipment status through track and trace report, proactivelyfollowing up on delays and providing updates

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1. Master or Bachelor degree
2. Proficient in written and reading English; able to prepare and maintain daily reports in English accurately and clearly
3. CET-4/6, IELTS, or equivalent certification is a plus
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, dataorganization)
5. Ability to compile, update, and analyze routine logistics reports
6. Strong sense of responsibility with high accuracy in data handling and reporting
7. Good communication skills, able to coordinate with internal teams and support basic English communication when necessary.
