Your Role

Focus application: AI DC/DC, Networking & optics, MV IBC

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for deploying global G2M strategy to China and managing G2M activities to capture maximum design win BOM & share.
• Ensures design-in and design-win by supporting Sales / FAEs and business development activities on application level.
• Deploys and adjusts operative pricing guidelines on application level in the region.
• Consolidate regional product/system requirement to correlated product group
• Strengthen proposals by incorporating relevant Product-to-System(P2S) options with cross-functional teams.
• Feed market and customer insights back to product lines to improve sampling, pricing, collaterals and contracts.
• Provides guidance regarding regional market outlook and regional revenue forecast of IFX offering on application level tied to regional application G2M strategy.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 5+ years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in power semiconductor or electrical engineering industry
• Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Business training is a plus.
• Exposure to China/Taiwan server ODMs and industrial/consumer computing customers, familiarity with OEM/ODM business model
• Familiar with AI networking /optics and ecosystem
• Hands-on G2M experience (collaterals, competitive basics, sampling/design-in support); CRM/Excel skills etc.
• Professional working proficiency in English, able to communicate with global stakeholders independently, strong communication skill is a plus
• Able to travel at high frequency (>40%)
• Collaborative, proactive and ambitious to strive for business goals
