  • Contribute to making HR a data-driven organization by interpreting and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders and provide data-driven decision support to HR business partners and leaders.

  • Identify innovative data science practices and defining data requirements.
  • Document methodologies and best practices, and support the upskilling of key stakeholders through knowledge sharing.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of our Data Scientist Community.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in applying analytics in a business context.
  • Strong expertise in advanced analytical methods and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Solid experience in empirical social research methods (e.g., regression models/GLM, NLP, ML).
  • Proficiency in Python or R and relevant libraries, along with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Tableau Prep Builder.
  • Experience leading or coordinating data science projects, ideally with exposure to People Analytics (a plus, but not required).
