Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging.

Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines, with 8+years of experience in Semiconductor industry

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes

Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist

Often leads projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience or may formally train junior staff

Works independently, self-driven, has good communication and leadership skills, have high sense of quality and accountability.
