Manager/Senior Manager for Performance Management - Asia Pacific

We are looking forward to working with a self-driven professional who will be responsible for deployment of SMD (Sales, Marketing & Distribution) performance management framework, strategic planning, support of key processes, tools and programs to the regional SMD Segments.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Be responsible for deployment of performance management framework and supporting AP Regional Segments to achieve key business performance KPI and strategic goals through providing key business analyses and intelligence, KPI Target Setting, monitoring, evaluation and corrective action setting
• Assist regional Segments make strategic decisions by supporting Regional Account Bluebooks, Regional Segment Bluebooks and monthly Segment Reporting
• Support the Regional Sales and Marketing Team in S&M Tools (Reporting tools & Platforms) and Go-to-Market (G2M) Processes
• Drive or support key business processes, programs and projects that create efficiency and business transparency

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a similar field with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor environment market
• At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. strategy development, strategy consulting, project management, program management, sales operations, marketing, semiconductor industry)
• Strong Analytics skills and able to discuss and present on topics with high complexity and novelty
• Resilient, persistent, and proactive attitude as well as trustworthy with confidential information
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Segment Management stakeholders by having Excellent communication skills including being comfortable in discussion with upper management
• Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong time management, ensuring results are delivered on time and in quality
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau)
