Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Marketing for Microcontroller & Sensor Products in Consumer and Industrial Applications
民生・産業機器顧客向けマーケティング業務：担当マイコン、センサー等

• アプリケーションのシステム構成と顧客トレンドに基づく、日本における半導体製品の地域販路戦略（民生・産業機器顧客向け）策定と実施
• 直販・特約店チャネルビジネスを生かし、製品プロモーション、ポジショニングやプライシング戦略
• 営業・FAEチームメンバーとの協業し、該当製品の業績（売り上げ・Design win）ターゲット管理、達成を担う。
• 日本市場調査、競合製品分析により、開発部隊へ新製品のポジション・価格・ロードマップの提案
• 新製品リリースのため、トレードショー、ウェビナー、SNSなどのPR活動の参加
• 国内外のマーケティングメンバーや特約店さんと協業し案件発掘
• 納期や生産キャパの獲得交渉

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• 半導体マーケティングの経験5年以上（マイコン／センサーのマーケティング、またはFAEの経験5年以上あれば尚可）
• 半導体業界 特にマイコンのトレンド・技術・ダイナミックスに見識がある方
• 営業、マーケティング、エンジニアリングを含む部門横断的なチームと協働する能力がある方
• プロジェクトリーダーの経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力
• ロジカルシンキング
• チームプレイヤー
• 高専・大卒以上
