Job Description
- Experience research: You conduct lab experiments to characterize devices and performing high-power measurements, and also to characterize the performance of DC-AC power conversion boards
- Take responsibility: You design and simulating virtual power conversion systems using modular hybrid inverter reference design hardware as a test vehicle, utilizing tools such as PSpice, SIMetrix, and PLECS
- Data is everything: You analyze and interpreting data from experiments and simulations
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying in a master\’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or similar
- Experience: You have laboratory experience with device characterization and high-power measurements
- Skills: You have basic knowledge and skills in DC-AC inverter designs and power electronics simulation (PSpice, SIMetrix, and PLECS). You also have expertise in the design of power electronics hardware systems and their simulation models (a plus)
- Availability: You have availability for 6 months contract, full-time with flexible working hours
- Language skills: You have good English skills, both written and spoken. German is a plus
