Minőségirányítási Mérnök - Quality Engineer (f/m/div)

Minőségirányítási mérnökként hozzájárulsz a vállalat minőségirányításának proaktív működéséhez, hogy az teljes mértékben kielégítse ügyfeleink elvárásait, hozzájáruljon sikerükhöz és garantálja a „kategóriájában legjobb” termékminőséget. As a Quality Engineer you will contirbute our company\’s Quality Management department in acting proactively to satisfy the needs of our customers to increase their success and to ensure \’best in class\‘ product quality.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Preventív bejövő áru minőségellenőrzési folyamatok működtetésével biztosítja a gyártófolyamatok csak bevizsgált alapanyagokkal történő ellátását;
• Reaktív eltéréskezelés folyamatok működtetésével:
  – biztosítja a gyártófolyamatok akadálytalan alapanyag ellátását és
  – megakadályozza a hiba újra előfordulását a beszállítókkal való együttműködés révén;
• Támogató funkcióként hozzájárul a beszállítók objektív kiértékeléséhez, a beszállítók fejlesztéséhez, a beszállítói specifikációk folyamatos fejlesztéséhez és az alternatív beszállítók bevezetéséhez.
• By operating preventive incoming goods quality control processes ensure that manufacturing processes are supplied with only quality controlled raw materials
• By operating reactive deviation management processes:
  – Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials to the production process and
  – Prevents reoccurrence of defects through collaboration with suppliers
• As a support function, it supports objective supplier evaluation, supplier development, continuous improvement of supplier specifications and the introduction of alternative suppliers.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Anyagmérnöki / minőségügyi szakmérnöki műszaki végzettség;
• Beszállítói minőségügyi mérnöki munkakörben szerzett legalább 3 éves tapasztalat;
• 8D problémamegoldó és az FMEA/RA módszertan magabiztos ismerete;
• Gyökérokelemző módszerek (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why) magabiztos ismerete;
• Statisztikai folyamat szabályozás (SPC) és mérőrendszer elemzés (MSA, GR&R) alapismeretek;
• Angol és/vagy német nyelv legalább középfokú, aktív kommunikációs ismerete;
• Felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (MS Windows, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK);
• Haladó MS EXCEL (Pivot táblák) és MS Powerpoint ismeretek.

• Technical qualification in material / quality engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience as a supplier quality engineer;
• 8D problem solving and FMEA methodology skills;
• Root cause analysis methodologies (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why);
• Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA, GR&R).
• English and/or German language at least intermediate, active communication skills;
• General computer literacy (MS Windows, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK);
• Advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL (pivot tables) and MS Powerpoint.
