Your Role
As an MLOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying NLP models and solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
In your new role you will:
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Work as a technical expert for Generative AI / LLM Solutions. Specialize in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, and Agentic Systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in these fields and integrate this knowledge into our workflow
- Transform prototypes into production solutions with best practices for both development and deployment. This will require a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Support the operation of the solutions, involves troubleshooting and bug fixing, as well as implementing change requests to ensure that the solutions continue to meet user requirements
Your Profile
You are a motivated and experienced NLP and AI professional with a strong passion for working on cutting-edge technology. You have excellent problem-solving skills and are able to think critically and solve complex problems. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in a global team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- A good understanding and experience in NLP/AIML, and MLOps, ideally focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Hands-on experience in the field of LLMs / Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, or AI Agents. This includes conceptualising, designing, and implementing AI solutions powered by LLMs
- Know-how in working with Linux Systems
- Experience in Software Engineering & Development cycles (CI/CD) with proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python
- Basic understanding and experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, particularly in the areas of RAG, agents, and chatbots
- Basic understanding, and ideally experience, in working with Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform
