Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Process Bi-weekly payroll accurately and in timely manner
• Manage workload independently
• Conduct payroll audits on biweekly payroll processing
• Assist with Kronos time and attendance review and audits.
• Research State and Local tax withholding requirements to ensure employees tax is set up correctly
• Set up new hires, Terminations, Rehires, Transfers accurately
• Support Year End activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Payroll experience 3-5 years. ADP Vantage preferred
• Knowledge of current tax laws about payroll taxes
• Efficient team player
• Excel Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Multi state payroll experience
• Payroll Accounting knowledge
• Restricted Stock processing
• Assignee/Expat processing
• Canada payroll
