Your Role
This role focuses on strengthening quality assurance processes in line with automotive industry standards, with a strong emphasis on PPAP documentation and risk management. It involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives. The main goal is to ensure consistent manufacturing quality and full compliance with relevant standards.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Participate in compiling and updating PPAP documents, including FMEA, CP, MSA, and SPC
• Manage and maintain control plans, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements
• Perform risk assessments, including AP and RPN analysis, and develop risk mitigation measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing, to ensure effective PPAP process and risk management
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPAP and risk management, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

You are a team leader with strong communication and analytical skills, able to coordinate work, solve problems, and focus on quality. You have a proactive mindset and are able to make things better, faster, and more efficient.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• University degree in a technical field, such as engineering or quality management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA, and SPC
• Fluent English language skills, and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems, and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
