Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Data Management: Maintain and set up material master data, procurement pricing master data, info records, source lists, and contracts in SAP S4
• Support and Service: Support the requestors on clarifications required and provide accurate information
• Process Management: Ensure quality, effectiveness, and timely execution of processes and requests
• Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and effectiveness of processes
• Data Management: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, including material master data, info records, and contracts
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with requestors, own team, and other process teams
• Tools & Systems: Good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office. SAP is a plus
• Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory)
