Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be responsible for the definition of component requirements and platform specification for each architectural component
• Break down stakeholder requirements and application assumptions into component requirements
• Proactively drives innovation (according to strategy) in Timer components, leveraging industry and market insights to anticipate and respond to emerging trends, and ensuring alignment with the company\’s strategic objectives
• Own and create technical documentation in order to provide the requested functional descriptions and documents
• Interface with Technical Marketing and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of platform architecture and component development, and to drive technical innovation and differentiation
• Assure quality and performance for architectural Timer components

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the semiconductor or automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of microcontroller architecture and analog mixed-signal design/system integration
• Strong working background in industry-standard timer
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Familiarity with functional safety standards and their application
• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
