Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Understand and interpret the requirements of various product development teams within Infineon, utilizing your power semiconductor product development know-how to drive effective collaboration and solutions
• Develop and implement an automatized discrete product development workflow, in collaboration with partners from divisions, Front End, Back End, and IT, to improve efficiency and productivity
• Actively engage and support product development engineers within the divisions, to promote the adoption of the Discrete Development Flow (DDF) as the new standard for discrete product development
• Manage and harmonize multiple stakeholders and product development tasks across divisions, to enable a scalable and efficient discrete development flow
• Execute, track, and report on methodology- and tool-development projects, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement of the development workflow

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field, with a strong foundation in technical principles and practices
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in power semiconductor product development, with significant physical expertise in the field and a strong understanding of semiconductor or electronic industry technologies
• Technical experience within the semiconductor or electronic industry, with a proven track record of driving tasks forward with passion, engagement, and productivity
• Good knowledge of automation of tools, with the ability to effectively utilize and optimize tools to improve development processes and efficiency
• Significant experience in cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to balance the interests of various stakeholders and use their creative potential to drive successful outcomes
• Experience with technical leadership, with the ability to establish successful cross-functional and international collaboration with teams and internal partners
• Fluent English skills, with German being an added plus
