Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Top level floor-planning and pad placement to support initial IC shape and size as well as package bond-outs.
• Custom layout of radiation-hardened block level IP for our IC products and work closely with the IP designer to meet specifications.
• Physical verification of the IP blocks such as DRC, LVS, ERC, etc.
• Parasitic extraction of block layouts and provide files to designers.
• Layout documentation and reviews that include sign-off checklists.
• Frame creation that includes IC & variants, PCM tiles, and scribble line test patterns.
• Frame tape-out and review & sign-off of mask databases.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and experience overseeing project layout efforts.
• Mastery of Cadence software for layout and schematics.
• Experience in running and debugging DRC, LVS, ERC, etc. to generate a violation-clean database.
• Familiarity with analog sensitive techniques such as shielding, centroid, dummies, etc.
• Excitement about learning Rad-Hard-By-Design techniques.

The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is:

Andover, MA Minimum of $ 145,000 salary per year / Maximum of $199,300 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
