Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry and be the expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies
• Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry
• Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), with improvement plans, together with the Foundry
• Owns new product introduction and qualification in Foundry.
• Lead analysis of in-line process, electrical and product sort data.
• Drive integration, yield, quality of new technology into high volume production.
• Interface, link, between Infineon internal stakeholders and Foundry technology teams.
• The workplace is Guangzhou, and the office is inside a supplier location.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Electrical or materials engineering degree.
• 8+ years experience in semiconductor process technology.
• BCD and RF experiences are pre-requisite.
• Automotive experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Good organization and communication skills
