- Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
- Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

- Observes and proactively acts on trends in own domain of expertise
- Has a sense of urgency for upcoming innovation and supports feasibility studies
- Collaboratively creates and supports innovative ideas in own domain of expertise
- Investigates new ideas, considering alternatives and drives active risk management

- Represents technical competence of own domain of expertise within own BL/Functional Area
- Has measurable impact on BL/Functional Area business value
- Implementation of strategy within own domain of expertise

- Drives technical decisions for BL/Functional Area and executes implementation
- Demonstrates active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across organizational boundaries

Problem Solving
- Has proven ability to solve problems with higher complexity involving expert networks

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- Strong knowledge of assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.
- Proven ability to manage production schedules based on capacity, materials, and resource availability.
- Deep technical understanding within the manufacturing domain, with the ability to apply the latest knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in problem‑solving and handling complex technical issues using expert networks.
- Strong capability in continuous improvement and driving zero‑defect quality initiatives.
- Experience contributing to innovation, evaluating feasibility, and adopting new ideas in the technical area.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills and experience sharing best practices across teams.
- Ability to influence technical decisions and support strategy execution within the functional area.
