As a Process Integrator (FEOL), you connect device requirements with stable production processes, detect deviations early, and drive targeted experiments that improve yield, quality, and cost.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Analyze and ensure stability of front-end CMOS processes
- Investigate process deviations and implement sustainable improvements
- Design and evaluate experiments to boost yield and product quality
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities in workflows
- Qualify new equipment and processes to expand production capacity
- Collaborate closely with production, defect density, and product engineering teams
Your Profile
You bring strong analytical skills, deep technical understanding, and a solution-oriented mindset. You take responsibility for complex technical topics, structure problems clearly, and drive projects forward efficiently. You communicate convincingly, enjoy working in teams, and leverage different perspectives to develop robust solutions.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Master’s, Diploma, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field with relevance to semiconductor technology
- Relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in process integration
- Solid understanding of CMOS device physics and front-end processes
- Proficiency in modern problem-solving and risk assessment methods
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting process-relevant measurement data (e.g., PCM, inline, yield)
- Strong interest in exploring new areas and independently tackling technical challenges
- Excellent German and English communication skills
