Project Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for the success of defined projects, including proactive planning, managing and driving until project completion with clear objective.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Proactively plan project milestones and overall timeline
• Manage communication and regular update to stake holders (PJO, DEV, OP)
• Timely escalation to stake holders for any blocking points that may affect project completion

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline
• Knowledge in Project Management systematic is an advantage
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Assembly and Test processes is an advantage
• Possess good communication skill (verbal and written English) and computer literacy is a must
• Possess good leadership skill and ability to drive team members
