Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the project, making operational decisions, and achieving project targets.
• Manage projects with major complexity, risk, impact, and reach, and lead a medium-sized project team with members outside their direct working environment.
• Structures the project, ensures compliance with standards, and manages the entire project life-cycle, including hand-over to sustaining functions.
• Apply IFX project management tools, risk management methodology, and have solid knowledge of project initiation, planning, and closing, including reporting and documentation.
• Solves problems in straightforward situations, analyses possible solutions, and focuses on project quality, assessing progress and ensuring goal achievement
• Identify and manage changes, adapting the project approach as necessary, and build effective project teams by considering different skills and development areas.
• Assigns tasks, holds team members accountable, and motivates them by considering their preferences and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders ( sub-contractor counterparts), recognize barriers to agreement, and seek solutions to overcome them, intervening in conflict situations when necessary.
• Applies knowledge of how project-related products/services are embedded in surrounding systems and the business context, and has solid functional knowledge/technical expertise in more than one functional area.
• Responsible for ensuring project quality, timely project release, assessing progress, and achieving goals, even in the face of challenges.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min 6 years of project management experience within semiconductor industry focusing on change management
• Min Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Certification in project management, such as IPMA Level-C or PMP is an advantage.
