This role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of our Power modules, driving compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, and mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle. You will also optimize quality processes, oversee the performance of quality-related units, and shape the future of our quality engineering capabilities.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Participate in improving Quality KPIs of the production line designated to him and contribute to the Quality KPI’s
- Support Yield improvement projects
- Coordinate and manage the work of problem-solving teams and the closing of problem – solving aiding tools, including problem definition, risk analysis and root-cause analysis
- Monitoring of Quality KPI’s and participate in its improvement and its reporting
- Ensure consistent and reliable information flow in order to improve supplier quality
- Represent QM and validate QM interests on production meetings, discussions
Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Successful university degree (diploma/master/PhD) in electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on power electronics
- First experience in the field of power semiconductor/electronics or power module technology preferable
- Experience in quality management and quality methods and tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hungarian/German is a plus), enabling effective communication across roles and functions
