Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support yearly target setting and planning; regularly track KPI achievements and implement corresponding measures in alignment with Global Account Manager
- Provide support & analysis to prepare for meetings e.g. quarterly and monthly business reviews
- Manage backlog in close cooperation with Global Account Manager and logistics. Support marketing campaigns, NPI (New Product Introduction) program and eRFS (Recommended for stocking) related to eTailers
- Deliver first line support for all topics and questions from eTailers; navigate internal & external stakeholder through processes & tools. Push partners to use existing resources (i.e. MyICP) and tools (i.e Case Management Tool), drive digitalization
- Sample Management: Clarify price and availability with product marketing and global sample managers, process/track /expedite sample orders, support FAR (failure analysis requests) and RMA (return Merchandize authorization) requests in cooperation with relevant departments
- Customer data maintenance: register and maintain customer data via CMD incl end customer mapping. Enhance data quality (e.g. impacting POS and customer count)
- Quality support with respective departments: Special handling of PCN/IN/PD which are out of the standard process and require special attention, FAR interface to customer and QM (RMA process support)
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor\’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Provide exceptional support with a strong sales and customer satisfaction focus, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Experiences in direct or channel sales within the Semiconductor and/or within the Electronics / Industrial industry desirable
- Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and digitalization
- Ideally, experience with sales-related processes and IT systems, such as SAP, IDIS, or Microsoft Dynamics, with proficiency in common desktop applications like MS Office
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-regional teams
- Fluency in English
