Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead inclusive business development and marketing strategy to drive sales of Infineon products in the Robotics segment, partnering with sales and product line teams
  • Define and deploy the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and coordinate its regional execution for Robotics customers
  • Own market analysis, competitor landscape, and product gap analysis to guide strategy and decisions
  • Build, manage, and present the opportunity pipeline to executives with clear, data-driven updates
  • Collaborate with product lines, sales, and field application engineers to showcase value propositions and system solutions, accelerating product adoption and business growth
  • Create comprehensive market studies and models for Robotics-related Infineon products in the Americas
  • Serve as a key member of the regional marketing team, driving innovation and influencing application and product roadmaps


Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in product marketing, business development, or sales, with exposure to analog, mixed-signal, and sensor products
  • Strong technical understanding of power, motor drives, battery management, sensors, embedded systems, and connectivity to enable sales
  • Market and competitive insight: knowledge of the competitive landscape, key market players, and the semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Inclusive communication and collaboration: solid interpersonal skills to engage customers, present product and system offerings, and partner with Infineon Sales and product lines
  • Leadership and urgency: ability to lead with a strong sense of urgency to solve complex business challenges and drive outcomes
  • Growth mindset: self-motivated to learn, adapt, and take on new topics as business needs evolve

Salary pay information:

In line with local legal requirements, indicative salary ranges are disclosed for selected locations where applicable.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

US $155,040 – US $213,180 SJ

US $129,600-US $178,200 Dallas

US $135,200-US $185,900 Austin, El Segundo

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
