Your Role

You will be responsible for localizing technical and product-related web content into high-quality Japanese, leveraging AI-assisted translation tools and collaborating with global teams.

• Localize technical and product‑related web content into high‑quality Japanese.
• Use and improve AI‑assisted translation workflows (MT + GenAI).
• Enhance AI processes: prompt tuning, evaluation methods, terminology management, quality loops.
• Track AI technology trends and make informed decisions on adopting new tools / workflows.
• Maintain style guides, terminology, and quality standards for Japanese content.
• Support CMS‑based updates and publishing of localized digital content.
• Collaborate with global TP teams and internal stakeholders.
• Identify workflow issues and drive productivity/quality improvements.
• Provide technical guidance on translation processes and AI usage.
• Support technical document localization (Data Sheets, App Notes) as needed.
• Participate in cross‑regional and global digital content projects.

Your Profile

• Strong technical background (EE, electronics, semiconductors, IT, ) with proven technical writing skills.(5+years)
• Experience translating/localizing technical or web content with translation tools and database languages (e.g., DITA XML).
• Hands‑on experience with AI translation, MT post‑editing, or GenAI workflows.
• Native‑level Japanese writing; business‑level English (reading/writing).
• Ability to work independently without external vendors.
• Strong problem‑solving and workflow‑optimization skills.
• Ability to evaluate AI technologies and make sound adoption decisions.
• Ability to balance new ideas with organizational context and culture.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
