Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Take ownership of all cost planning and controlling activities to ensure that plant KPI related to spending, capital and HC target are met.
• Interact closely with business partners and management to provide financial analysis to improve Company performance on timely manner
• Responsible for month-end closing and cost allocation including charging according to Company policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendation to close the gap
• Provide recommendation to business partners and management on financial/business analysis alternatives to ensure next level of productivity and growth target are met.
• Provide deep analysis and simulation study to support strategic decision via financial modeling to business partners and management

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• Over 3-5 years of experience in FP&A & Costing
• Experience in Multinational Manufacturing Business, Planning and costing, financial analyst, or Managerial Accounting
• Fluently in English communication
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing background is preferable.
