Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support MSP (Manufacturing Support Process) operations in semiconductor manufacturing, including AOI inspection, baking, packing, and related processes.
- Set up, maintain, and optimize AOI systems, including recipe creation and fine-tuning.
- Collect and analyze inspection data to identify defects, trends, and root causes, and provide findings to Process Engineers.
- Perform process characterization, data collection, and technical reporting to support product and process development activities.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Equipment, Process, and Product Engineers to ensure process accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support equipment buy-off, qualification, and acceptance testing activities for MSP machines.
- Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance and support to production teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including ESD control requirements and cleanroom protocols.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred; experience with AOI equipment will be a strong advantage.
- Able to work in a hands-on environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
