Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and execute the Category Strategy for a Direct Material Category in alignment with the cross-functional team
• Analyze markets and suppliers with focus to China
• Manage regional suppliers, build reliable relationships and push for continuous improvement
• Perform negotiations and achieve ambitious cost reduction targets
• Support negotiations and other activities of colleagues from global Procurement Team
• Communicate and manage risks in the supply chain
• Care for professional stakeholder management

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master degree that combines commercial and technical aspects (e.g.Industrial Engineering)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in global Procurement, ideally including semiconductor materials
• Excellent negotiations skills and proven successes
• Knowing semiconductor industry and related manufacturing processes and markets
• Fluent in English and Chinese language
• Open-minded and self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills
• Presentation skills on management level
