Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage the Confluence platform, including system administration, technical consultation, and operational activities
• Responsible for application lifecycle management, including application integration via API and migration activities
• Investigate application errors, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
• Perform tool study and provide technical recommendations on compatibility and the necessary technical adaptation
• Optimize the system through health checks, automation, and monitoring
• Provide technical documentation (e.g., technical specification, design guidelines, developer guidelines)

Your Profile

You collaborate effectively across various boundaries and establish successful partnerships. Your conscientious approach drives you to continuously improve processes, making them more efficient and effective. With a sharp sense for improvement, you proactively identify and implement potential enhancements.

• A university degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience with system/platform administration (preferably in OpenShift or Kubernetes) in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Wiki and Knowledge Management applications such as Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SharePoint
• 3+ years of proficiency in Linux system administration, shell scripting, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm, and a solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP,DNS, HTTP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Fluent in English, with basic German language skills considered a plus
