Your Role
Unlock a new and exciting opportunity as a Senior Director for Datacenter Power Systems in the Power & Sensor System (PSS) division. In this global leadership role, you will shape the strategic direction, drive market engagement, and oversee technology investments, while being accountable for revenue growth in the rapidly expanding Datacenter DCDC Intermediate Bus Converter Application segment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic business acumen, and strong leadership skills to harmonize cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Commercial ownership: Own application revenue, DIN/DWIN, and cross-selling targets, driving sustainable growth and customer success.
- Functional leadership & KPIs: Lead global teams across System Engineering, Architecture, and Marketing; define and track inclusive, outcome-based KPIs aligned to Infineon’s strategic objectives.
- Market insight: Gather and synthesize market intelligence to build a robust view of Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM).
- Foster a culture of innovation, driving system-level differentiation and value creation to stay ahead of the competition.
- Influence Product/Business lines to ensure timely development of critical products and technologies, addressing market needs and customer expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to remove obstacles and streamline execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery.
- Reference design strategy: Develop reference design strategies aligned to customer requirements and timelines to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Go-to-market execution: Lead go-to-market activities; create and deliver promotional and training materials informed by application and system validation, clearly articulating Infineon’s product value versus competitors.
- Collaborate with the Sales Organization to build strong relationships with key technical experts and decision-makers at Hyperscalers and ODMs worldwide, identifying emerging trends and architectural changes to be reflected into new product development
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and innovation
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams and managing complex development programs, fostering an inclusive environment with a strong focus on delivery and measurable results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional teams across cultures, time zones, and working styles
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (BS/MS/PhD) or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years in the semiconductor or power electronics industry
- Strong understanding of power converter topologies and design principles, as well as power devices (Si, SiC, GaN), analog and digital ICs, including MCUs.
- Travel required up to 10%, both domestic & international
