As Senior Engineer- Advance Quality Engineering, you are responsible to drive the implementation of quality requirements during new product development (NPI) and Change Management as per Infineon Quality Management System, Industri Standards and customer requirements.


Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Participate in project risk identification DFMEA, ensure learning from production incident and customer complaint considered during DFMEA review.

  • Review Project Requirement profile and Reliability assessment plan, ensure process compliance as per Development milestone. Technical review for Process Development report and Support internal / customer / 3rd party audit

  • Generate Safe Launch Control Plan as additional control measures for the new and or change in product/package/process technologies and generate Defect Catalogue of new defects from new product/package/proces technologies

  • Ensure implementation of quality requirements during development process of new product/package/process (NPI) and proper handover to Operation prior to project close

  • Lead and oversee working team to perform Reliability activities to support production risk assesment and/or process evaluation.


Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • A Bachelor degree in Science / Engineering with relevant field such as Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.

  • 3-5 years experience in electronic manufacturing company with working area at Quality / Engineering / NPI process. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing process will be more preferable.

  • Strong knowledge in Quality Management System and experience working with Quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, and Reliability testing. Knowledge in 6Sigma methodology is more preferable

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate quality risks.
