Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the digitalization strategy for Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs across operations.
- Establish and optimize systematic frameworks for PM checklists, component tracking, and full traceability.
- Collaborate with equipment engineering teams to minimize PM cycle durations and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators including OEE, UDT, MTBF, PM Fulfillment, PM Cycle Time, and PM Effectiveness.
- Ensure PM compliance and systematization by executing regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair to uphold safety, availability, and reliability standards.
- Evaluate parts utilization and lifecycle data to optimize machine performance and maintain PM and Operating Supply costs within budget.
- Spearhead PM improvement initiatives leveraging lean methodologies and tools to enhance cycle time efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement projects contributing to segment-level productivity (NLoP) and quality (NLoZD) performance targets.
- Apply statistical analysis tools to assess equipment performance trends, PM effectiveness, and process deviations, implementing corrective and revalidation actions as required.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment and tooling work instructions.
- Design and conduct training programs for PM technicians to ensure adherence to standardized best practices.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering or preventive maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proven track record in managing and improving PM KPIs including OEE, UDT, MTBF, PM Cycle Time, PM Fulfillment, and PM Effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience applying statistical tools to assess equipment performance trends, process deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Demonstrated experience leading lean-based continuous improvement initiatives with measurable impact on cycle time, productivity (NLoP), and quality (NLoZD).
- Solid understanding of equipment safety, reliability, and availability standards, including troubleshooting and repair execution.
- Proficiency in developing equipment work instructions, tooling documentation, and conducting structured technician training programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to interface effectively with equipment engineering teams. Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Experience with AI projects is a plus.
- This is a 2 years contract (renewable / convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
