Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Take responsibility for managing and securing product quality throughout entire product life cycle with focus on the development cycle of Hardware and Systems.
• Develop and coordinate qualification plans and ensure execution of qualification in the reliability labs.
• Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (e.g.quality, costs, time) to support product definition and development.
• Participate and coordinate globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management and our global production sites.
• Contribute to the development processes, tools and methods within the Business Line.
• Full responsibility for division reliability planning process in close collaboration with the reliability organization

Your Profile
You remain aware of the big picture and weigh-up risks carefully. Yourpro-active and solution-oriented way of working helps you to collaborate constructively and trustfully within an international team. Over thisyou take responsibility of your own professional development.

You are best equipped for these tasks if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable degree
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Management
• Experience in semiconductor technology as well as IC technology and devices would be desirable.
• Experience with quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D, 6Sigma,5Why) and ideally in the area of reliability tests
• An affinity for data analysis as well as digitalization
• Fluency in English is mandatory to communicate with internal and external counterparts globally
